Double your impact for Mass UndocuFund on Mama's Day!

In honor of immigrant moms and workers and all of our mamas on Mother's Day this Sunday, May 10th, an anonymous donor will contribute a $30,000 matching grant to the Mass UndocuFund if you can help us to raise $30,000 before Mother’s Day!

An estimated 250,000 undocumented people live and work in Massachusetts. Undocumented neighbors in Massachusetts predominantly work in sectors that have been or will be hard hit, including service, hospitality, child and elder care, day labor, and agriculture. Many are losing wages or jobs during the shutdown of local businesses and schools during the pandemic, and others worked for companies whose operations were affected at varying levels, from temporary disruption to complete loss.

While many families are receiving their stimulus checks in the coming weeks, undocumented workers and families who have lost their wages and/or employment due to the pandemic do not qualify for federal assistance, including unemployment benefits. At every turn, our undocumented neighbors face barriers and challenges to recovering from the pandemic.

This Mother's Day, show your love and solidarity by contributing to the Mass UndocuFund to continue the fight for gender, economic and racial justice for all of our families, regardless of immigration status.

Here's how you can support Mass UndocuFund:

  1. Contribute any amount you are able today and have your impact doubled with a matching grant up to $30,000 at www.massundocufund.org/donate

  2. Share the Mass UndocuFund with friends and family, and on social media

  3. Sign up to volunteer at www.massundocufund.org/volunteer

For your donation above $50, we will help you create a special note for your mama or loved one. Email the text to massundocufund@Massjwj.net for your note! Here's an example of the one Lily is sending to her mom!

Thank you for your continued support of Mass UndocuFund and your previous contributions to the relief fund. We're in this together-- another world is possible.

With love and solidarity,
